Make an Appointment
Meeting with a Global Education Advisor is an important part of the study abroad application process. Advising appointments are required for semester & full year applicants. You are required to attend a Study Abroad 101 session first before your individual advising appointment. To learn more about the advising process for summer, please click here or scroll further down.
Appointments are available during the summer!
OGE is conducting sessions and appointments in a hybrid capacity (Zoom or in person). The appointment link will explain what options you have for your chosen appointment time.

Financial Education
If you are considering going abroad or already applied, we can help you figure out the best way to take charge of your finances in regards to your study abroad. When it comes to being aware of unexpected costs, preparing for living in another country, using credit cards abroad, and more, we can help you budget for a successful study abroad. [Note: this is not financial aid advising, which is done through the Office of Student Financial Services.]
Abroad after Graduation
Whether you missed the chance to study abroad as an undergrad, your study abroad program was cut short, or you simply want to build upon the abroad experience you already had, there are plenty of opportunities to spend time abroad after you graduate. In this meeting we will discuss various topics such as: teaching abroad, graduate school abroad, short term courses (language and culture) abroad, volunteer & service abroad, work abroad, visa tips, practical concerns, and more. You can also see more on our Abroad after Graduation page.
