Fellowships for Seniors & Grads

Did you love your study abroad experience? Are you looking for a way to go abroad again? There are many fellowships available for students who want to pursue additional studies or professional work overseas. Some well-known examples include the Fulbright, Boren, and Rhodes fellowships.  Region or country-specific awards are available as well, including Princeton in Latin America, the Luce Scholars Program in East and Southeast Asia, and many others.

To see a full list of fellowship opportunities, including specific information on requirements and how to apply, please visit Office of Fellowships, Awards, and Resources website.  The Georgetown Office of Fellowships, Awards, and Resources also provides guidance on submitting a competitive application, and we encourage you to speak with them early in the process.

In addition to the fellowships listed on the link above, some additional awards that students have earned in the past include Chinese Government Scholarship; The DAAD Scholarships for Research and Study in Germany; and the Joseph L. Allbritton Scholarship.  Please consult the Office of Fellowships, Awards, and Resources or the appropriate department to learn more information about these opportunities; in some cases nomination by Georgetown is required for consideration.
